Chaparral and Robalo Recognized Again with NMMA CSI Awards

Chaparral Boats and Robalo Boats have once again been recognized by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) with Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards, marking their 19th consecutive year among the top-ranked manufacturers for customer satisfaction.

The NMMA CSI Awards are among the most meaningful recognitions in the boating industry, as they are based directly on feedback from boat owners. For the 2025 reporting period, customer satisfaction was measured from new boat buyers whose purchases took place between January 1 and December 31, 2025.

To receive a CSI Award, manufacturers must achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher. This year’s program included feedback from more than 175,000 boaters, covering areas such as product quality, the sales and delivery experience, and ongoing service and support.

Chaparral and Robalo were recognized in the NMMA categories in which they compete, continuing a long-standing record that reflects the strength of both brands and their commitment to customer care.
